"It was like running in soup," Hall, who won the Fall Creek Thaw 15k earlier this year, said of the race day heat and humidity. The humidity caused former UTC stand-out and early leader, Rodney Stoker, to drop out of the race midway through. "I left Tim [Ensign] and caught Stoker about halfway through, then when Tim caught him he dropped. Too bad - he seems to be in pretty good shape." Ensign placed second overall and first master, clocking 26:03.
