 Post subject: Does Viagra improve running performance?

Apparently the England soccer team is considering using Viagra at the World Cup to help overcome the effects of the altitude (their first game is at 4900ft) in South Africa. Viagra enlarges the blood vessels which would presumable make the players better able to handle the altitude. The article also says that cyclists have used it.

Would using Viagra improve sea level running performance?
Will we see local runners popping some blue before their next 5K?

Apparently WADA (the World Anti-Doping Agency) is now investigating the effects of Viagra. It could very well be on the banned list soon.
